Once the application is submitted, the CCA will request documentation and recommendations directly from the sources listed on the application.  Once all required information has been received and reviewed, the admissions decision will be communicated. An application isn’t considered for enrollment until all supplementary documentation has been received. Our admissions team is happy to answer any further questions that may arise throughout the application process.

What does the admissions process look like?

The first step in the Admissions Process is setting up a tour to visit campus. An online application for each new student needs to be completed by a parent. Once the application has been submitted and all supporting documents have been received, the admissions committee will reach out one of three ways: a letter of acceptance, a letter of acceptance noting that the student has been placed on our waiting list, or a piece of correspondence indicating that more information is needed before a decision can be made. The final step is an invitation to complete an online enrollment packet that consists of parent approvals and financial commitments. Families that would like to pursue financial assistance must do so after the student has been accepted by completing our FACTS Grant & Aid Application online.

Are there age requirements for students?

All Kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1st.
